2. Data collected and purpose

This website has no contact form and collects no data through one. The only personal data processed is what the user voluntarily provides when writing to the email address or calling the telephone number published in the Contact section: their name, their email address or telephone number, and the content of their message. The purpose is solely to handle and reply to professional inquiries, exhibition proposals, acquisition requests, or press-material requests. No data beyond what is strictly necessary for that purpose is collected.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is the taking of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject, together with the legitimate interest in replying to a communication initiated by the user. The data is not used for advertising purposes and is not added to any mailing list without separate, express consent.

4. Data retention

The data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, where applicable, for the periods legally required.

5. Recipients

The data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Correspondence is held on the email services contracted with the website hosting provider, which acts as data processor.

6. Rights of data subjects

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to legal@cronodata.es. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.

This processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
